Jen Louwerse Fitness
Jen Louwerse Fitness brings 30 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit workouts. Classes are semi-private (2-10 people) with guided instruction. Each day has different challenges designed to build cardiovascular and strength training. Clients leave energized and motivated every time.

Jen Louwerse, CPT is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer. Much of her life demonstrates a passion for health and fitness. Her accomplishments as an athlete, coach and marathon runner, translates into each workout she leads. Clients often enjoy her approachability, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for personal training. Each client will feel personally motivated and energized for meeting their fitness goals.
